Heritage designer brand selects Voodoo's Marketing Services
Heal's is a heritage brand, and has been designing, making and selling quality furniture for more than two centuries. Starting out as a bed-makers in 1810, and later embracing the ideals of the Arts and Crafts movement, Heal's has a long history of collaborating with prominent designers.
Heals moved to the Venda platform and needed assistance with e-commerce platform configuration and enhanced cross channel tracking visibility to improve their customer relationship management. The tracking needed to capture browsing activity and link them with purchases made both online and offline, creating a cross channel purchasing behaviour model which would in turn generate segmented e-mail marketing opportunities.
The new website was designed for an improved customer experience with tracking code added to allow complete visitor data capture and analysis.
Voodoo provided customer specific onsite tracking and integrated this with order history and 250,000 customer records from 5 years of store data and 3 years digital data to allow in-depth cross-channel customer activity and cutting-edge CRM.
The marketing team had a view of their customer data which was unprecedented; allowing them to produce well devised, intelligent and subtle campaigns with richer content online and offline. This resulted in more efficient output, a cross-pollination of channels, and an 18% increase in online revenue.
